Job Overview and Responsibilities

Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our vibrant team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests through outstanding customer service, preparation of delicious food, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Your Impact in this role

As a Team Member at Wingstop, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and cook food items according to Wingstop's quality standards and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and food preparation areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Key Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience

Additional qualifications that are a plus:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a quick-service restaurant.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
