Volunteering: Point-in-time homeless count
2025 San Bernardino County Point-In-Time Count (PITC)
Join the effort to count sheltered and unsheltered individuals and families experiencing homelessness in San Bernardino County. The PITC will take place on January 23, 2025, with community planning starting in September 2024.What you need to know:
- Volunteers Needed: Local government, service providers, law enforcement, businesses, civic groups, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and individuals (including those with lived homelessness experience).
- Required Device: Smartphone, iPad (with cellular and GPS), or Android (max 3–4 years old). Ensure devices are fully charged, updated (iOS 13+/Android 6.0+), with location services enabled.

Scholarship: Latinos in finance
Goodwill's: Latinos in Finance" (LIF) program is a scholarship banker-training program with the goal of improving pathways to employment for job seekers in the commercial banking or finance industries. The workforce development training utilizes industry-recognized curriculum, career activities, and job placement assistance. This program was developed by UnidosUS and Bank of America’s Academy. Classes are held 4x/year, each class is 6-8 weeks in duration. Students who qualify will be accepted into the program.
