Purchasing Coordinator – Mattress Manufacturing

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to support our Buyer in ensuring a seamless flow of materials for mattress manufacturing. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations, controlling costs, and ensuring quality materials are available for production.

What You’ll Do:

• Sourcing & Procurement – Assist in securing high-quality materials specific to mattress manufacturing while ensuring cost efficiency.
• Vendor Coordination – Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, track deliveries, and resolve any order discrepancies.
• Inventory & Cost Control – Monitor material levels, prevent shortages, and help optimize purchasing strategies.
• Purchase Order Management – Process orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Collaboration & Compliance – Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure materials meet company standards.
• ERP & Reporting – Utilize purchasing systems to track trends, forecast demand, and refine procurement processes.

What You Need to Be Considered?

• Purchasing experience in mattress manufacturing is required.
• At least two years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Familiarity with raw materials used in mattress production.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and supply chain software.
• Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

• Experience working with domestic and international suppliers.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and cost-saving strategies.
