PBLA Surveying Inc. is a well-established surveying firm in Redlands, CA. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Research Coordinator to support the establishment of survey boundaries in AutoCAD and in the field for various projects.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Coordinator to support the establishment of survey boundaries in AutoCAD and in the field for various projects. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a capability for excellent attention to detail, the ability to communicate effectively, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
• Acquire survey research through the use of city, county, state, and federal resources for the establishment of survey boundaries in the field and in AutoCAD.
• Communicate and coordinate with city, county, state, and federal agencies in the procurement of survey research.
• Coordinate with project and field crew managers to ensure timely delivery of research.
• Organize and manage research data in an easy-to-read and easy-to-access format.
• Basic understanding of project management using Asana.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Revu Bluebeam.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate proficiently and effectively.
• Basic understanding of surveying concepts.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company research/drafting standards and procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
