JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Educational Services Manager, the Program Facilitator will support experiential learning programs for youth, through high-quality and highly enthusiastic instruction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Teach students with project-based, hands-on lessons in an engaging learning environment with enthusiasm.
• Engage with students professionally, offering constructive, encouraging, and timely feedback.
• Prepare, plan, and teach projects for virtual and in-person lessons.
• Prepare and ensure the availability of program materials.
• Lead student programs.
• Provides support for other programming, operations, communications, and events as needed.
• Facilitate the coordination of student programs.
• Support in the marketing of student programs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Prior experience working with children 5 years of age or older, 2 or more years (Preferred)
• Prior customer service experience, 1-3 years (Preferred)
• Prior experience instructing others, 1-3 years (Preferred)

• Must be at least 18 years of age. (Required)

• Travel may be required, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• May work occasional overtime including evenings and weekends.

• CPR Certification (Required completion within 90 days of hire)
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is an on-site, PRN (as needed)/part-time role:
Regular Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm
Occasional weekends may be required.

The hiring rate is dependent on experience and education.
