Kitchen Helper

Position: Kitchen Helper

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Pay Rate : $16.50-$18.00, depending on experience 

Location: Fishhook Seafood, Ontario Mills, CA


Job Description: 

We’re hiring a hardworking Kitchen Helper to support our back-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the restaurant business and grow within the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
● Assist cooks with food prep (washing, chopping, portioning).
● Keep the kitchen, prep stations, and dishes clean and organized.
● Stock supplies and ingredients as needed.
● Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
● Support kitchen staff during busy service hours.

Qualifications:
● No prior experience required – we’re willing to train.
● Ability to work quickly and follow instructions.
● Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
● Comfortable standing for long periods
● San Bernardino Food Handlers Card within 14 days after employment
