Position Overview:
ChurchWest Insurance Services is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Ministry Engagement Assistant to join our Sales and Marketing team. This part-time, in-office position plays a pivotal role in managing inbound leads and supporting targeted outreach efforts to churches and ministries across California. As the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients, you’ll be responsible for creating meaningful first impressions, managing lead data within Salesforce, and helping drive opportunity generation through structured outbound efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and warmly to inbound ministry leads via web, phone, and email.
Create clean, accurate records in Salesforce to support opportunity setup pipeline management.
Mange inbound quote requests, follow up with clients for needed documentation and set appointments on behalf of local agents.
Engage in consistent outbound efforts to engage qualified prospects and generate new interest.
Coordinate meeting logistics between prospective ministries and agency producers.
Maintain CRM data integrity through consistent recordkeeping and attention to detail.
