Job Description:

Join Lifetime Solutions Inc., a leader in the water filtration industry, as a Service Technician and help customers maintain and optimize their water filtration systems. If you enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working independently, this could be the perfect position for you. As a Service Technician, you’ll be visiting customers' homes to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and ensure our filtration systems function at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and service on water filtration systems.
Diagnose and repair system issues, providing on-site solutions.
Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of systems.
Maintain detailed service reports and communicate findings with customers.
Uphold Lifetime Solutions Inc.'s high standard of service and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Technical experience in plumbing, maintenance, or a related field preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must pass a background check (no violent crimes or embezzlement/stealing in the last 7 years).
Valid driver’s license required.
