Lead HVAC Installer

Position and employer: Lead HVAC Installer with Redlands Plumbing

Location: Redlands, CA

Salary: $28 – $40+ an hour based on Experience

Reach your full potential as a full-time HVAC Lead Installer with Redlands Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. Job requirements: 

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Lead Installer in the below installations
  • Fully experienced in Start to Finish Installations of: Full cut ins, Retrofits, Heat Pump, Ultra LowNox, Single Head Mini Split, Multi-Head Mini Split, VRF Systems, Duct Systems and Light Commercial equipment
  • Strong communication skills with clients and team members
  • Able to direct, train and mentor less experienced members of your team
  • Complete jobs on tight timeframes
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
  • EPA Certified Required
  • NATE Certified (preferred)
